ISKY Cams BRP CanAm Championship Gets New Format
ISKY Red Zone 20 Added

Dundee , NY …The 2011 Bicknell Racing Products (BRP) CanAm Late Model Series will conclude with the ISKY Cams BRP CanAm Championship on Saturday October 22 at Black Rock Speedway. The ISKY Cams Championship at Black Rock has become a traditional year end affair where not only is an enhanced purse offered, but the Series point champion is determined.

The enhanced purse and Series championship retain their tradition, but other changes are certain to add excitement to the event.

As in the past, the ISKY Cams Championship will pay the winner $2500 if that driver has accepted the ISKY Camfather Back Row Challenge; for others it is $1500 to win.

The Series championship chase has come down to three drivers. Greg Galligan, John Waters, and Jeremy Wonderling stand on top the point standings list which includes 69 drivers. Wonderling leads Waters by one point. Galligan is still in the chase with a 33 point deficit.

The most exciting change is the addition of the ISKY Cams Red Zone 20. This will be a 20 lap non-qualifiers race which will pay the winner $500.

The most notable change is that the ISKY Cams Championship will start 18 cars rather than the traditional 24. The starting line-up formula will be centered on time trials as has been the ISKY Cams Championship format since the race was moved from the Cayuga County Fair Speedway to Black Rock Speedway.

The ISKY Cams BRP CanAm Championship and ISKY Red Zone 20 will be part of the Dutch Hoag National Open Weekend. A genuine Dutch Treat.
